  2. 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  3. 2 apples - peeled, cored and diced
  4. 8 ounces raspberries
  5. 1 pound strawberries
  6. 2 tablespoons white sugar
  7. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  8. 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
  9. 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  10. butter flavored cooking spray
  11. 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 45 mins
  • in a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. spray again with cooking spray.
  • bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. serve with chilled fruit mixture.

dates cake or dates bread

Ingredients

1.  All purpose flour 1 and half cup
2.  eggs 2
3.  sugar 1 cup
4.  vanilla powder or vanilla essence 1 tsp
5.  honey 1tbsp
6.  baking powder 1 tbsp
7.  Cinnamon powder 1tsp
8.  dates 1cup coarsely chopped
9.  water half cup
10. baking soda 1/4 tsp

Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients

1.Milk 500 ml
2.sugar 1 cup
3. Baking soda 1/4 tsp

Recipe

In a non stick pan put milk and sugar and cook on medium flame until it get thick the texture of condensed milk is little thick . Close the flame and put baking soda and mix well and cool completely and put inside  the fridge and use .

Fruit Chaat (SIMPLE QUICK AND EASY )

1.Banana 4 cut into small pieces
2.Apple 3 medium size
3.pomegranate 1 medium size
4. cream half cup
5.sugar 4 tablespoon

Recipe

Cut all the fruits in small pieces or as u like and add cream and sugar and mix well and serve.
