Pound Cake

Ingredients

1.Eggs 5
2.Salted butter 1 cup
3.Vanilla 1 tablespoon
4.Milk 2 tbspoon
5.Sugar 1 and half cup
6.Flour or maida 2 cups

Recipe

First of all put salted butter and sugar together in a bowl and mix well untill they got creamy ,smooth and  combine together well, with the help of electric whisk .In that same bowl put ur eggs one by one with constantly mixing .Mix well  until u got light creamy texture and its double in size now at that time put vanilla extract and mix again now put all purpose flour little at a time by constantly mixing with the help of spatula or spoon.now add milk and leave aside .Now preheat your oven for about 15 mins before putting your cake inside oven.

Preheating Oven

Preheat your oven at 170 degrees for 15 mins and bake your cake for about 1 hour and 15 mins and keep on checking your cake.when your cake turn golden from the above and also cooked from inside  then remove from oven and serve with tea.

How to know your cake is properly cooked or not?

insert a tooth pic in middle and sides of the cake if it comes out clean it means  cake is cooked if its not clean cake is not cooked properly than give more 5 to 10 mins .
