Cinamon Roll

Ingredients

 1.All purpose flour  2 and half cups
2.Egg 1
3.Yeast 1 tablespoon
4.Oil little more than quarter cup
5.Powder milk 2 tablespoon
6.Milk  half cup for making dough
7.2 tablespoon butter 



For Filling

1.Half tablespoon of cinamon powder
2.Half cup of brown sugar
3.White sugar 3 tablespoon
Mix above ingredients and put aside

Recipe

1.Take half cup of  Luke warm  milk  and put yeast into it and mix well after 5 min yeast is properly mixed.
 2.Take bowl and put all purpose flour ,egg,oil,powder milk,and  milk and yeast mixture into it and mix well and  knead well with your palms.
3.The dough should be soft .4.cover the dough with wrapping sheet and put it in a warm place to rise properly.
5.After couple of hours take out the dough nd make medium size square shape roti
6.Inside that rectangle shape brush melted butter and than put filling and roll it and close the ends now with the help of knife cut equal size cake or cinamon roll.
7.preheat oven for about 200 degrees
8.line parchment paper in ur baking tray and put cinamon roll inside that nd bake for about 20_25 minutes or until they r golden from above and when they are done pour condensed milk on above of cinamon rolls and they r ready.
