Chappali Kebab

Ingredients

1.keema or mince meat half kg
2.Onion medium size 2 or 3  fnely chopped
3.Cushed coriander 3tabllespoon
4.Coriander powder 2 tablespoon
5.Chilli flakes 1 and half tablespoon
6.Salt to taste
7.Egg
8.Coriander fresh as u desire
9.Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon or half
10.Tomato 2 medium size finely chopped

Recipe

take keema in a bowl and add chili flakes ,onion, cushed coriander, fresh coriander,coriander powder,salt ,tomato, egg, garam masala powder, and mix all well and take on medium size keema with the help of ur palms spread and make oval shape and heat the oil and fry on medium heat when it get dark brown colort han change the side when other side also  get darker than take them out and serve hot or cold with naan and chutney.
