Chicken and vegetable lentil soup

Ingredients  

1.Potato 2 small or 1 larg
2.Carrot 1 medium size
3.Mushroom 3 small or as u want this is optional
4.2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
5.Yellow lentil oor moong daal 1 cup
6.Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon or half
7.Salt to taste
8.Turmeric powder or haldi half teaspoon
9.Vinegar 2 tablespoon or lemon
10.Corn flour

Recipe

1.Put lentil or Moong daal in a pan full of water, then let it boil meanwhile cut all veggies potato ,carrot and mushroom finely chopped in small pieces

 2.Take another pan and put 2 tablespoon of oil and put finely chopped garlic and when garlic is light golden than add all  veggies cook  little on  medium heat till they change color also check  lentil when lentils are boiled properly and remove from heat and strain that lentil and throw the boiled lentil but we only use lentil water not lentil so squeeze all lentil with ur hands properly to make sure that there is no juice left behind.

3.Pour that lentil stock into the other pan in which  u sautay veggies than also put 2 cups of water salt black pepper powder turmeric powder and boil properly for15 to 20 mins.

4.Now add cornflour in a glass with little water and mix well pour  in lentil soup stir constantly and when soup is little thick  than add vinegar or lemon juice  and remove from heat and enjoy.
