Ingredients
1.Cabbage half cut into small pieces
2.More than half cup of besan
( chickpea powder)
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
5.Garlic powder half teaspoon optional
6.Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
7.Cumin seeds Zeera 1teaspoon
8.Pinch of Ajwaen
9.Fenugreek leaves (Sukhi
meethi)to enhance the taste of
pakora
10.Onion 1 small finely chopped
Recipe
Take the bowl and mix all dry ingredients into the
besan than put water into it don't put too much water. The texture of
pakoras are not thick not runny like water its medium than
put chopped or sliced onions and cabbage and mix well in the end smash fenugreek leaves into
ur palms and put inside
.Now heat the oil in the pan with the help of
spoon take one tablespoon full of that
pakoras one by one and
u can also use
ur hands instead of
spoon,and deep fry on medium heat when they turn golden take out
fom oil and serve with ketchup
.
