Gulaab Jamun

Ingredients

1.1cup dry  powder milk(nido)
2.1 and half tablespoon of all purpose flour or maida
3.1 teaspoon semolina or sooji
4.1 teaspoon baking powder
5.2 tablespoon of oil
6.Luke warm water for making dough
7.oil for deep frying

For sugar syrup u may need

1.1 cup sugar and some  drops of lemon and 1 and half cup of water and 4 green cardamom

Recipe

First of all take powder milk in a bowl inside that put all dry ingredients ,all purpose flour,semolina ,baking powder and with help of water make soft dough the dough is little sticky when its done than put oil and again mix and put aside.After a while make medium size balls.
                                              Now take  Pot and put 1 and half cup of water and in it add 2 to 3 drops of lemon,green cardamom (elaechi) and add 1 cup of  sugar also and stir till the sugar get dissolved ,when the sugar is dissolved than turn off the heat

Frying Jamuns

Now take another pot for frying and heat should be low to medium when oil get hot properly than add ur jamun move there sides by constant stirring because if u don't do that than they suddenly burn from one side .when all jamuns are brown in color separate from oil and put in hot boiling syrup.i usually  put my jamuns in hot boiling syrup and turn the heat when they got one boil than i remove the heat because by this step sugar syrup goes inside all jamuns ..and leave them aside for atleast 2 hours than serve.
