Ingredients

  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • Yeast, instant 1 and half table spoon
  • Salt 2 teaspoon 
  • Oil for greasing

Recipe

In a bowl take flour and add salt into it .Take 1 cup of lukewarm water and add 1 and half tablespoon of yeast into it and the water should luke warm not hot if its hot it will kill the yeast and dough will not rise properly so be careful.than mix yeast into water and put aside for 5 mins after 5 mins take that yeast mixture and stir little and put into the flour and mix well until there are no dry ingredients left behind .if the water is less than u can add more water but in this recipe u only use Luke warm water instead of cold water the dough shoul be very soft and little sticky in the end than take 3 tablespoon of oil and put in that dough mixture and mix well so that the dough doesnot stick to your hands.and cover with a cling fil or with sheet than again put towel or cloth than put in a warm place i put on above of my refrigerator coz its warm and helps to rise ur dough as desire after 6 hours its done 4 balls of same size from dough than preheat the oven for 10 mins at 250 degres and roll ur nan in an ovel shape and it shoul be little tck if its thing it get hard so be careful and make little thick noval naan and insert fork on every part and put inside the oven on ur tray or ur oven rag for 10_15 mns meanwhile check the naans when they are cooked and little rise than take out from the oven and put butter on the top of ur naan and ur naans are ready.

How to know your dough rises? Because when your dough rises, its double size and there are little holes appear on your dough`
